My mind is totally blown! The white JH on the back page of the Sept-Oct 2015 JHPS publication shows a white JH that looks very much like mine. Notice the right lens. It seems to be higher than the left (driver side) one. They are not even! It looks exactly like mine! This unevenness has bothered me for quite some time. It now appears that some, if not all JH were made like this. Am I wrong?

Is yours an early or later model? Have you measured them? I just measured various distances on both my 18059 and 19451. I got the exact same measurements on both. Don't know what is going on there.

Late model. We measured things but only to make sure the car was level. My friend said the lens itself “could probably be adjusted.” He’ll try sometime.

I have to say, I followed this car for many hundreds of miles and I have a critical eye when it comes to things being "OFF" (old machinist) and what you maybe seeing is shadows and not to flat a camera angle, believe me Arvins tail lights are perfectly aligned and flat in relationship to the car and bumper. That said I have also seem cars the are "OFF" but that is usually due to the bumper off kilt. If you want to see more photo's go to Jensen Travels on Facebook and you might get a better view.

Cheers Brett.

We’ve measured everything including bumper, deck lid and both lense placements. Our opinion: Right side (pass side) IS a bit higher. No shadows, No wrecks. My friends eyes are critical too (old home designer/builder.) ?

Might also check spacing between taillight and stainless steel side curves; you will likely find the left side "closer' than the right side
