For lack of a better name, I'll call them "top hat" bushings.  I'm looking for a vendor that sells them as I am in the process of redoing my conv. top frame.  It's always something with these fine examples of British engineering.

I found some Delrin thick wall tubing that I cut to length. Works fine.

You could try calling Martin at the following web site. I picked up some trim pieces from him the other day and he may have something.
