Looks pretty original, with the exception of Dellortos, always a nice addition. White paint, black interior which looks new. Like all of them it does have a few issues, but it looks like it's a good driver quality car and right now the bid's at $3,700.

If you're looking for a Jensen-Healey this might be a good place to start.

The bid is at $6,300 now which is still great deal. The sad thing is at the same time there's a '67 MGB GT getting $8,500 and a '69 Datsun 2000 at $11,000 although both are inferior to the J/H in all departments.

With one day left the bid is at $7,750, still a swingin' deal.

The bid closes in about an hour and a half and the bid has jumped to $12,000, impressive!

Wow, $15,250. A nice original example with tons of work done by Dave Bean.

I'd say that's about top dollar for a Jensen-Healey, while I've seen higher asking prices like $20,000 to $25,000, I've never actually seen anyone get that kind of money.

Considering it's a clean, rust free example with some nice upgrades it's still a pretty fair price.

If you look at what they're getting for TR6s, MGBs, and even Spitfires these days it's quite a deal.

Top dollar is what anyone is willing to pay and that's changing all the time. This one sold for just under $30,000 a while back,

Greg,

While that's obviously good money for a J/H, it's really a one off being a pre-production car with some history, it would be difficult to use this car to try to establish an aggregate value of these cars, like Lee Mueller's '73 champ car, whatever it brought on the open market, because of the build and it's history would be atypical of the price of a average J/H.

Of course there always the theory a rising tide lifts all boats.
