I recently replace my master cylinder with a TR6 model. I was wondering if the triumph calipers and rotors are the same as the JH. Online I notice a lot more Triumph brake parts.

The JH uses Girling type 14 calipers which were used on a few euro cars and also in Formula Ford - not sure if Triumph used them or not. Be aware that there may be different bolt patterns and spacers to cater for different disk thicknesses. The disks were GM originally from Vauxhall Viva/Firenza models - if you are struggling to find disks, pads, shoes and drums they are available from EBC brakes who are a manufacturer.
