does anyone know where to get the square hole perforated pattern for the bucket seats insert fabric or original manufacturer specs.

bought round hole perforated vinyl from fabricall.com sku fab1826a
also, remade seat cushion foam with LUX-HQ from thefoamfactory.com
had them cut to sizes and i shaped them, used elect. knife and 60 grit sanding block.
sizes: per each cushion seat.
1" thick - 9 1/2" x 12 1/2"
2" thick - 20" x 22"
3" thick - 9 1/2" x 9"
4" thick - 5" x 22" ( 2 required per cushion)
