I have a set of 45 dellortos that need repair. More than a simple rebuild. A couple of adjustment screws need to be drilled out and rethreaded. Also, housing is cracked between one screw and outside of housing; probably needs to be welded. I have found no one locally who will do it. Is there someone out there who does this level of work? thanks for any help. |

Have you tried The Carb Shop on the St Paul side of town? Two blocks south of Hwy 36 on White Bear AvN. http://www.thecarbguys.com/contact-us/ Sorry to say it, but from what you describe, I doubt the carbs are salvageable... but good luck with it.
