I have my paint code ofr my red 74 JH 3765-0010 right off the tag under the hood. Does anyone know where I can order touch up paint?

Generally speaking you would be better off to find a local paint supplier and take the code to them. They will be able to take the code and check their books to see if they have comparable match in their paint system. If they don't they might be able to scan the paint from a part from your car and try and get a match that way.

A 1974 red paint code mixed to that probably wont match very well to the car now, you might want to go to a body shop and have them custom match the paint, that would allow for fade over the years.

Quoting Art's advice about taking the code to the paint store and having them look it up.... that's what I'm planning on doing when I get closer to finishing, though I will be doing a complete paint job.   I like the color I have, it just needs to be redone.  Ms. Jenavieve is a 1974 as well so probably the same paint color you have on yours.
