I think I have coolant leaking out from between the intake manifold and the head.  I noticed that there are no studs in the two holes directly below the manifold.  Delta motorsports tells me that is how it was built, but it does seem to leak.  Has anyone had any luck with getting studs and nuts in there or is there something else I need to do to tighten it up?

Dont worry about those missing stud's they all came that way just drain the radiator pull the two hose's off the manifold un bolt it and filp it over, you dont need to disconnect every thing just enough to get some room to play, clean the old gasket off and install a new one, redo what you undid and you should be good to go.

Pretty simple straight forward job take you about 1 hour.

thanks, Brett.  Any idea what accounts for the leak?  It does seem to come right from the rear most of those two missing studs.  Do I need to do anything other than the gasket?  Sealant?

A new gasket should do the trick without a sealant, but if you reuse the gasket more than once then personnaly I like to use a smear.

Also if you get a new gasket lay it out on a piece of gasket material and draw an outline that way you will always have a spare.

I have installed the new intake manifold gasket and so far it seems to have stopped all coolant leaks.  This was a great relief after initially thinking it was a head gasket.  Thanks to all for your feedback.
