THIS MAY SEEM BASIC TO MOST OF YOU, BUT I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE DOOR PANELS. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

Gary, take the arm rest off, 2 screws, window crank, 1 screw, any stainless trim you might or might not have, and then from the bottom use a srew driver or flat blade scrapper and pry away from door, there are a bunch of plastic snaps that hold it in place that go along the bottom and both ends, the top has a lip you just lift the panel up and off.

You will probably brake some of the snaps doing it, so save a good one and go to an auto upholstery place, they should have replacements or at lleast tell you were to get them.

BRETT--THANKS A LOT FOR INFO. HAVE HADE MGB'S IN THE PAST AND FROM WHAT YOU DESCRIBED IT IS THE SAME. I HAVE NEW WINDOW CRANK AND DOOR LATCH HARDWARE WHICH WILL HELP THE APPREARANCE.
