I would say if it aint broke dont fix it, unless you just to like to spend money. The factory water pump works so does the fan, a cowl around the rad. helps direct the air flow so does a front spoiler. Plus the spoiler helps at high speed keeping the car from getting the light floating feeling. As for fan belt load you probably wouldnt notice a differance from with or with not.

I would say drive your car, see how it reacts, and if you have an issue fix it then. If your like the rest of us you'll be tweeking your car for as long as you own it anyhow.
