Check the back threads as we've discussed this in detail before. From memory the Federal 'C' cam has .340" lift and 272^ duration at zero lift. This cam was used on all JH years the only difference being variations in timing.
Later european 907 variants included the 'D' and 'E' cam which had less duration, something like 260^ but different lobe centers. The 107 had a further reduction in duration but bumped the lift to .378" to compensate for the 2.2 litre 912/910 variants. Lastly, the 104 was developed for the 912SE in the Excel Intake only and it had .410" lift and strangly enough, the same duration (272^) as the original 'C' cam.
