Are the brake drums "universal"? Will brake drums fit on either a Lockheed or Girling set-up, or do Girling brakes call for a different drum than Lockheed?

The drums for both types have the same part # in the JH parts catalog (93842), so presumably they are the same. All the other parts have different part numbers.
