After chasing my tail on why my car was dieing, it came down to the fuel pump. I have one of the fancy-schmancy solid state SU's. It will pump enough fuel to let the car idle, and even do a little in-town driving. But get it on the open road and the car starves for fuel. I put in my spare facet pump and voila! it runs fine. It seems strange that a 3 year old pump would be dieing. Is there anything else to check for on it? Thanks Mitch Ware
