I have read somewhere that you could use the same manifold for the 40s and 45s is that correct. If so which changes do I have to make to the manifold? cheers

No changes required. The 40 and 45 are identical in size and mounting. The only difference is the bore size. For a stock 907 the optimal chokes and Venturis are available for both the 40 and 45 thus allowing identical jetting resulting in the same performance.
