The Pertronix is just a switch. The hot 12 volts goes through the red Pertronix wire from the hot side of the coil. The magnetic switch in the distributor grounds the black wire (connected to the minus side) to trigger the coil. Last edited on 10-17-2010 08:43 pm by Jensen Healey |
