I'll follow up the site comment here for everyone else's info.
To get to the heater on an assembled car you have to pull the dash, pull the bit between the dash & center console where the radio sits. You may have to remove the center console as well.
From there, it's the support plate in front of the heater, the heater and finally the blower motor.
I'd avoid it if at all possible until I had something more serious to fix in there. :)
