 I've hit a few speed bumps in the engine swap, so I wonder if anyone could measure the following for me:


- Distance from front right corner of oil pan (reservoir) to the adjacent rearwards strut on the crossmember. (Dipstick side)

- How high does the top of the reservoir sit compared to the top of that rail?



The JH sump does not fit with the Eclat oil pickup installed, since the piping interferes with the JH sump casting, even with middle baffle removed. Aaaargh!

I may be saved by the bell if it is tight, since the Eclat reservoir has a slanted front wall.

Anyone? I am hoping I won't have to lift the engine in just to find out it doesn't fit...
