 With the headlights now working I find that the ONLY electrical not working is the instruments lights.

With the headlights on I see the green dome light on the dash illuminated and I can make it dim by turning the panel light 'switch'. However, none of the instrument lights turn on.

Looking at the wiring diagram it appears the most likely culprit is the Light Ground Junction.

Any other suggestions?
