The water that I'm getting seems to be a lot more than what could just come in from the seals (or lack thereof) between the soft top and the windscreen/windows - mine even filled up when I left her out in a shower with the hardtop on - so water coming in from the pedal box etc might explain it.
Will do some poking around and thanks for the tip - watch this space.
(At least I know there are no holes in the floor pan...)
