Your timing is way off. by 2000 rpm you should read around 20 degrees BTDC.

No, no, no. DISCONNECT THE VACUUM!!!!!! Cap it at the manifold. You can't check the timing with the vacuum retard system connected. Your timing is way off. by 2000 rpm you should read around 20 degrees BTDC.
