What do you mean by "liner", "fan resistor" and "engine breather" ?
I might have a heater valve, but not sure it is vacuum controlled.
No need to be sorry about your English - my Spanish is horrible !
I was in Barcelona for two days Sept 8 and 9 - too bad I didn't know you had problems. I could have met you to discuss.............
