Evening everyone.

I replaced my speedometer cable with a replacement from Delta Motorsports .Previous cable was severed four inches out of the Gear box when I aquired JH11211. The other end was attached to the speedo but was severed some where just past the fire wall (in the engine bay,not behind the dash).

I was looking forward to seeing just how fast all this sensation of speed really is. ;-)

So far absolutely nothing. Actually I'm trying to work up the courage to change the clutch, pressure plate, pilot, and release bearings. And the courage to ask Madam for both sides of the garage on a four day weekend to accomplish said task.
I was thinking perhaps there is a gear drive or something damaged in the gearbox that would spin the cable to provide reading on the Speedo.
