My recent acquisition came with a fan and controller installed. Can’t tell you much about it, however. The controller has a part number on it 020065AR. The instruction sheet that was in my box of spares oddly does not have a company name on it, but someone has written the number 3515098 on it. I think it is a pretty straight forward job.
