 Here is what the owner has told me so far:

VIN 17976
1974
5-speed
Dellorto carbs (not sure if 40 or 45)
Euro cams (not sure which type)
Engine runs
All electrics work
Car is driveable
Needs top, interior, and surface repair

Assuming no major panels need replacement, I was thinking $1,000.  The car is pretty rough.  If any panels need replacing (pans, rockers, etc.) but chassis rails are good, then perhaps $500-750.
