 Joel, I used 1/8" pre-painted particle board (Home Depot) to rebuild mine - used the old ones as a template and a jig saw to cut them out.  Painted the edges to waterproof them.  They worked great.  $10.00 tops.  I will send you a series of pictures of the rebuild if you give me an e-mail address.
