Given the size and thickness of the door boards it would be a bit tricky to replicate them at home unless you have access to some very large matte boards. However, Delta Motorsports sells replacements for a reasonable price; they fit well and the holes are all in the right places. I installed a pair in my car when I renovated its interior some years ago, and remain quite satisfied with them.
