 Dan,

you run a hose from the fitting at the rear of the head towards the heater in the bulkhead. The hose that normally runs from the back of the inlet manifold towards the heater is no longer used, instead you plug the rear opening of the inlet manifold.

Garry built mine like this. I can make you pictures if you like?
