 Well that settles that.

Isn't there an issue you can pursue about him stealing (*and selling) the original material from here?  Is it copyrighted with the mag or the site?

Greg, if I were you, I'd at least contact eBay and tell them he's selling pirated material.  That should at least slow him down.
