 Jim,

Actually, I bought the Delta kit and not sure at this time if I used any of the parts.  The kit didn't address any of the problems I outlined in my earlier post, except the soft bushings, and I went to bronze anyway.

It doesn't take much wear in the 0.235  hole to cause a lot of slop at the shifter knob.
