Welcome.

For information, the DHL45C Dellorto carbs were not standard for the JH. Original were Zenith-Stromberg. The Dells have a special way of being tighten. The lock washers should not be compressed all the way.

The Lotus 907 engine is an interference engine. Meaning if the belt breaks, serious damage will be done. Do you know the history of the car? When was the belt last changed? If you don't know, do not run the engine until you put on a new belt.

Rough running could be carbs, timing, electrical. Most likely a combination of all three.

Where are you located? Maybe someone is near you that might be able to help.
