My tank arrived Monday. It is pretty much an exact duplicate of the original tank. The only difference I see so far is the four internal gas tube vent pipes. In the original they run along the top of the tank inside to the four corners. The new tank they only run a couple of inches from the top vent cap next to the filler. The tank looks a bit better in person than it does in Dan's pictures. The outside has been sanded with a DA sander, but it looks like you could easily polish it up if you wanted. Welds are nice. I did not weigh it, but it is quite a bit lighter than the original. The tank comes with white plastic seals (Delrin ?) for the drain, sender unit and vent cap. My only concern is how well this hard plastic seal will seal the sender unit. Seems like a rubber one would be better. Gary
