I just bought a 74 and recently discovered that the floors under the carpet are wet (and rusty, of course). The documents in the glove box were dry, but they were wrinkled up like they had been wet in the past. I currently have the pedal box out (brake work) and will clean it all up and reseal it.

Any common places for me to address for water ingress? I'm thinking the previous owner left it out in the rain (top down), but I want to make sure I get everything repaired.

The floors (pans) are still solid. I'm going to treat them with POR15.
