 Other alternatives are pre 89 Land Rover series 3 SWB but you need to check on the bore size as they have been rationalised to an intermediate size between the LWB and SWB - the larger size would give a hard pedal on a standard JH. I am running 4 wheel discs with 4 piston calipers and it suits that setup.
I also found this 20.6mm bore AP Lockheed master cylinder at Mini Spares in the UK which looks like it might work - I haven't tried it so can't confirm.
