So we have managed to misplace the key to the trunk and the lock is a little squirrelly we used to be able to lock pick it, but now it just seems jammed.

the inner lock piece seems to be lifting out of the holder.

any thoughts?

Haven't managed to find a spare lock or we would have drilled it out by now.
