A few notes we would like to add to this adventure:
Pulley remover not always needed.
But removal of the radiator allows use of impact wrench to undo the crank pulley bolt without moving the the belt/timing

Also for belt tensioning:

start to finish about 5 hours including beer and a haircut for the kid/child labor

Also we found this trick for managing the motion of the tensioner/distributor pulley helpful
