 My 1986 Volkswagen Westfalia has a similar plastic lock strip around it's windows, I know you can get it both in black or chrome, Go-Westy and Bus Depot I believe carry it. I have to mention I have not removed the lock strip from my hard top to compare them together, but visually they do look alike.
