 The fabric comes from SMS Auto Fabrics in Oregon (https://www.smsautofabrics.com/). Ask Doug there to supply the same fabric he supplied to me (Nigel Kieser). The electric window switches are from the series 2 Jaguar XJ6 and can usually be found on eBay if the usual Jensen suppliers don't have them. Good luck with your GT!
