 According to the receipt I have from the previous owner, the clock was repaired/renovated by D&M Restoration in Greenville, SC. http://dandmrestoration.com/

Their price back in 2002 was $110.00 to take apart, clean, lubricate, and set balance wheel on the Jaeger clock.

This is not a recommendation: all I know is that they did this work back in 2002 and the clock is still working fine 14 years later.
