Can anyone give some background information as to why my tachometer has an orange range from 5500 to 6300 RPM and a red range from 6300 to 7000 RPM? (7000 RPM maximum reading) I have noticed that photos of JH tachs as seen on the Jensen Healey website opening page and one I saw on eBay have a red range from 7000 to 8000 RPM.
