|Man, I got to say this even though it doesn't feel good to do so. That may be too much rust and age damage, plus the engine doesn't run. The car is not a good candidate for repair or restoration. I hope others with more knowledge and experience than I will post here, either to agree or disagree with me. I hate to see someone spend thousands of dollars and thousands of hours work on something that will not work out.
