Engine #B73 11 4621, mileage 88937 (188937?), man date 23/11/73. How can you tell if they are a matching #s car?

I have 10571 (driver) I can't find the engine # yet. Is has about 43,737, man. Date 11/9/72. My parts car is #14518 (never see the road again). Engine #B73 11 4621, mileage 88937 (188937?), man date 23/11/73. How can you tell if they are a matching #s car?
