 Pretty easy to get the Autopower bars in the U.S., but I assume shipping would be prohibitive to the UK.

It might be cheaper to have a fabricator in the UK simply copy one of the Autopower designs. Roll bars are a pretty easy fabrication job for a shop with a good tube bender and some welding skills.
