While putting the front of the engine back together, I discovered that the bolt that passes through the tensioner adjuster is stripped.  The aluminum threads in the engine are gone.  The bolt itself doesn't look too bad.  It always felt a little flakey to me, but has always tightened up fine before.  Not so lucky this time.

Has anyone experienced this and (more importantly)....what to do now?  Helicoil?  It there enough meat left in the block to go oversize?  All suggestions welcome.

Thanks.
