Sorry, but I don't think either of those is the stabilizer. It is flatter and smaller than the relays and should have two prongs of two each coming out the back, with green wires running from one to the temp and fuel gauges. If you can find the wire out the back of the temp gauge it should lead you to the stabilizer. I think it is stuck to the firewall up under the steering wheel. good luck ! george
