So shift your wires around till the rotor points at #1 spark plug wire.

Andrew, if your at TDC on the crank pully and the cam marks lign up you should be firing on the #1 spark plug, anything else is WRONG. So shift your wires around till the rotor points at #1 spark plug wire.
