 Well, great expectations and all that....came to naught.

I have tried every way to see if it will fit and it does NOT.  I got this from one of those one column items in the front of the JHPS magazine back in the 90's that Greg Fletcher, himself, wrote....

Maybe he knows something I do not, but I tried to fit it every way possible and it is not a viable item.

Maybe somebody knows of another generic that will fit the upper and lower, by cutting in half...or single ones that will fit...
