 The 107 is stamped 777777777 and the 104 444444444 all the way around and can easily be read just behind the pulley.

To measure,
A: check the diameter at right angles to the lobe.
B: measure the diameter including the lobe.
Subtract A from B and if the result is .340 you have a stock cam. .378 is a 107 and .410 is the 104.
