Hi Scott, there's actually a place in Ontario, MacGregor British Car Parts, that carries the piping and other interior parts:

In the boxes of new and spare parts that came with my 73 that I haven't gotten to installing yet was a box of new door seals and this instrument cluster piping from this outfit. The piping has a texture to it that I haven't seen in any of the photos of others' cars (the chrome piping usually appears smooth) so it may not be an exact replica.

Not sure if you can see the texture here...
