 Don't know how it is in the States, but here in Europe you get 7" replacements that accept standard H4 bulbs in virtually any car parts shop. Then you can choose any bulb you like, I like Osram Nightbreaker.

As for the relay set: Headlight relay kits are usually equipped with H4 type male and female connectors, so it is hard to make a mistake. You will have to cut and extend a few leads, though. Piece of cake!
