 Had the jensen running...now won't start. I charged the battery up so it is fully charged but when I turn it over it seems like the batttery is almost dead as it turns over really slowly and of course does not start.

 

Is it possible that the battery might be done even though my charger says it is fully charged??

Could it be another reason why it turns over very slowly?
